Who’s There ? Phantom of the Opera? Halloween witch? A Miyazaki character?
Qui est là ? is a choreographic, visual and musical solo.
Hidden beneath a phosphorescent tarp, an acrobat-dancer appears, disappears, and transforms before our very eyes. His body in motion under the glowing fabric invites us to investigate: What am I seeing? Who is appearing? An insect, a jellyfish, a witch, a ghost, a superheroine ? Veritable Factory of images Qui est là ? is a playful visual riddle in which children are invited to take part.
The show is performed either with recorded music or with live music by Pénélope Michel (theremin and electronic music).
Capacity: 90 for school audiences and 120 for general audiences.
Duration: 50 minutes. The performance includes a participatory segment and a discussion with the artists to share sensations, images, and emotions experienced during the show.
This show is a component of the cycle#2 PERCEIVE, within the FAIRE MONDE project.
